Admin Team
The Admin team does the behind the scene tasks to support the church operation, the church ministries, and the church families. The purpose of the team is to perform tasks to support the running of the church as an organization, to support any admin help that any church ministries may need, and to perform tasks to help staff stay connected with church families.  We make copies, fill out forms, stuff envelopes, send out letters, prepare birthday cards, update the database, coordinate building inspections, retrieve phone messages, handle inquiries from external entities...  The list goes on.  Whatever admin need is there, we want to be able to support it.

The schedule is flexible.  Each team member supports a certain area. We help each team member find an area that will fit their schedule and interest. Many of the tasks can be done from home!  Since most of the tasks are done alone, the team doesn't have as many opportunities to get together as a team. We work together at least once a year on bigger projects (like sending out the year end donation report).  It's like a working party!

Meet the Admin Team Leader... Irene Todd
Irene is the team leader for the Admin team.  Irene's involvement with the team evolved over the years.  It started with the request to design a database for church.  With various changes to the team, Irene stepped into the team leader role. Irene is surprised that God has used her passion for helping others and a desire to stay behind the scene in such capacity and thoroughly enjoys it.

Irene has been attending Hope since Hope first started in 1999. Prior to that, Irene didn't attend church. God has led Irene to meet pastor Mike before Hope opened.  Irene has been involved with Hope and Hope ministries ever since.

Professionally, Irene has worked as a programmer analyst in the IT department at the Stanford Medical Center since 1992. She thoroughly enjoys working in the healthcare setting. In her spare time, she and her family enjoy taking trips to visit National Parks. They have visited over 25 parks already! She loves to see the awesome nature that God has created. Her favorite park so far is Yellow Stone.
