	Children's Director, Deahna Rosch I'm the full time Children's Director here at Hope and have been doing it for a long time now. I have a deep, burning, passion to love kids and point them to Jesus Christ because that's what God has called me to do for a lifetime. I found Hope church through friends of mine. I was raised Catholic but as I got older I questioned that religion a lot, and after asking lots of questions and getting straight Biblical answers, I finally found a close, personal relationship with the Lord when I was attending Hope church. I was baptized here and have not looked back since. I'm married to the Youth Guy (Youth Leader) an awesome (and very handsome) man who loves God and loves kids too. We have two beautiful daughters, Fiona and Penelope, whom we love A LOT! For fun I like to hang out with kids, oh and adults too. I like to scrapbook, travel to other places (but only by plane), and hang out with family and friends.
	Music Director, Ray Wolff Ray Wolff (Hope's associate pastor) has been the Music Director here at Hope for the past 4 years, and served as a member of the band for 3 years prior to that. He has participated in the music ministry since his re-birth in Christ in early 1996. A classically trained musician, his main instruments are the saxophone and flute. Ray began playing guitar in 2000 when he started feeling the call to lead worship. His wife Monique and their children are a great source of support and encouragement for him.
